Dr Christos Michaelides
Dr Christos Michaelides graduated both Dental and Medical School of Aristotelian University of Thessaloniki in 1988. Dr Michaelides was accredited as Oral/Maxillofacial Surgeon in June 2000 by the Greek Board of Examinations.
During his Surgical Fellowship Programme followed a three months full time training programme in Intensive Care at the the same hospita.l By the end of 1994 was granted the title of General Surgeon by the Athens Board of Examination. In 1995 attended the training programme in Oral adn Maxillofacial Surgery at the London University Hospitals.
Also, worked at the Head and Neck Plastic Surgery Unit of Canniesburn Hospital in Glasgow. During his training in U.K. attended the A.L.S and A.T.L.S courses with succes. In 2000 granted the title of Oral/Maxillofacial Surgeon by the Athens Board of Examination. Between 2001 and 2004 had the responsibility of the Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Unit of Limassol General Hospital. Since summer 2004 covers for the Oral and Maxillofacial cases at YGIA Private Hospital in Limassol. He is also involved in dental implantology and facial rejuvenescence (Botox, dermal fillers etc)
